1. Data Collection

• No Personal Data Collected by Us:
  All your financial entries, preferences, and documents remain solely on your device. We do not transmit, store, or analyze any of your journal entries, company details, or PDF exports on our servers.
  
  

• Google Play Billing:
  Subscription purchases are handled exclusively through Google Play Billing. Google may collect purchase tokens, billing identifiers, and transaction metadata pursuant to their own policies. We do not have access to or control over that data.
  
  

• Crash Reporting & Analytics:
  We do not include any third-party analytics, crash-reporting, or telemetry libraries. All crash logs remain local to your device unless you choose to share them with us for support purposes.
  
  

2. Data Storage & Retention

• Local Storage Only:
  All user data (journal entries, receipts, reports, settings) is stored locally in your device’s storage or via Android’s internal databases. Nothing is backed up to the cloud unless you manually export or back up files yourself.
  
  

• No Cloud Services:
  We do not offer any server-side or cloud-based features, and we do not synchronize your data across devices.
  
  

3. Your Rights

• Access & Deletion:
  Since we do not transmit or store your data externally, you control all data directly on your device. You may export, clear, or delete any and all data at any time using the in-App backup, export, and reset features.
  
  

• No Data to Export:
  Because no personal data is collected or stored externally, there is no additional data we can provide beyond what you manage in the App.
  
  

4. Security

• Device-Level Security:
  We rely on Android’s built-in security model. Your data is stored in the App’s private sandbox and is not accessible by other apps on your device unless you explicitly export or share it.
  
  

• No Network Transmission:
  Because we do not transmit data over the network, there is no risk of interception or data leakage via our code.
